According to any business expert, property investing involves the purchase, ownership, management, rental and/or sale of real estate for profit. This is quite true, or as Mark Twain famouly said "Buy land, they're not making it anymore."

Lord Perry Harber's approach to property investment follows these two basic rules, but he feels that property is more valuable than any stocks or bonds as it is a tangiable asset rather than an abstract aspect of a company like a stock or a bond, that is subject to the whims of stockbrokers and bankers.

Monaco.
The Principality of Monaco is a sovereign city state, located on the French Riviera in Western Europe. Bordered by France on three sides, with one side bordering the Mediterranean Sea. Lord Perry Harber finds Monaco an excellent place to relax and share investment notes (and the occasional bottle of wine) with his fellow investors. Some of the world's largest real estate investors share the view that this part of the world provides excellent opportunities while also being a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere, free from the attentions of the press.

London
The capital city of England and the United Kingdom, the largest metropolitan area in the United Kingdom and location of the primary residences of the Royal Family. My British heritage makes London one of my favourite places to live. Located on the River Thames, London has been a major settlement for two millennia, its history going back to its founding by the Romans, who named it Londinium. London's ancient core, the City of London, is now the financial hub of the United Kingdom and largely retains its square-mile mediaeval boundaries.

Dubai City
Dubai City is a city within the emirate of Dubai. Since the discovery of oil in 1966, Dubai City has emerged as a global city and a business hub. Although Dubai's economy was built on the oil industry, the city's model of business drives its economy, with the effect that its main revenues are now from tourism, real estate, and financial services, similar to that of Western countries. Dubai City has recently attracted world attention through many innovative large construction projects and sports events.
