Lliber, Spain 1992 In the village of Lliber, situated in the picturesque Jalon Valley on the Eastern coast of Spain, in the Province of Alicante. Lord Perry Harber, using his construction company 'Harber Propertarios', designed and built eighty properties, that extended the village in a sympathetic way into a former vineyard. |
