Lord Perry Harber is a property entrepreneur from Cheltenham. Lord Harber has homes in London and North Yorkshire. He is best known for his property development. Including house building schemes and projects in the UK overseas, which many other property developers had dismissed. The projects proved to be extremely successful.

Lord Harber ascended to the hereditary title of Lord of the Manor of Glascombe, (Glascwm in the original Welsh) in March 1997; giving him many rights over the land, including the right to hold fairs and markets, the right to grant licences for hunting and fishing and the right to operate mines to extract minerals, including coal and shale.

Since the 1970s, he has owned and run many businesses including bars, nightclubs and hotels. Lord Harber is said to have. greatly enjoyed this part of his business career.

Lord Perry Harber is Lord of the Manor of Glascwm. (English: Glascome) Glascwm is a civil parish in the upper Edw valley in Powys, Wales. The main settlement is concentrated in the two centrally located small villages of Frank's Bridge, located on the eastern slope of the valley, and Hundred House, located on the river terrace on the western side of the Edw. The remainder of the population lives in scattered farms and dwellings and in the three rural settlements of Cregrina, Glascwm and Llansantffraed-in-Elwel. On one occasion Lord Harber had the great honour of meeting. Ranier III, Prince of Monaco and Her Serene Highness The Princess of Monaco. Who was, of course, better known to the world as Grace Kelly.
